You, the Client, will be expected to first read my ToS and understand my general Commission Prices.

You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works in any way without my permission, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”

I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.

I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work.I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike.

Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.NFT usage is strictly forbidden.

Prices listed are starting prices, and prices are subject to change according to customer requirements. See Commercial Usage Agreement for more information.

การจ้างงานคอมมิชชั่น (รูปวาด) นั้น จะถือว่าผู้ว่าจ้างได้ยอมรับเงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงการให้บริการโดยอัตโนมัติ

Payment will be requested after commission proposal confirmation process has been made. This can be changed upon agreement with the client.

If payment is not made in a timely manner (48 hours) after I've placed the Invoice, the commission will be cancelled.

Revisions are categorized as major and minor revisions, in which each category has its limits and timing. It is up to the Artist’s discretion as to what constitutes minor and major revisions.

The timing and amount of takes in which the Client is allowed revision is to be defined and agreed prior to a Commission Agreement. Extra revision will incur additional fees, also to be defined and agreed upon in the Commission Agreement prior to Start of Work.

Revisions due to the Artist’s negligence are free of charge.

If the Commission is time-sensitive, a rush fee may be applied, to be defined and agreed upon in the Commission Agreement prior to Start of Work.

The Artist works on a regular turnaround of 60 to 90 days, unless stated otherwise in the Commission Agreement.

The Artist must give a general indication of how long the Commission will take to complete, and when the Client can expect to receive the finished illustration prior to the Start of Work.

The Artist will inform the Client of progress (including photos) or if changes to completion times have occurred. The Artist is not obliged to explain the reasoning behind extensions or delays for the completion of a Commission.

Commissions for commercial purposes will incur additional fees, to be defined and agreed upon in the Commission Agreement prior to Start of Work.

Price will increase 100% of the original price.

If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.

Commercial usage must be disclosed prior to slot confirmation.

The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (e.g., YouTube, Vtuber assets, digital/physical novel cover, a personal site, business cards, etc.).

หากผู้ว่าจ้างต้องการนำผลงานไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ ราคาสุทธิของคอมมิชชั่นจะถูกปรับขึ้นและแจ้งให้ทราบก่อนการยืนยันว่าจ้าง

ราคาจะเพิ่มขึ้น 100% จากราคาเริ่มต้น โดยจะเปลี่ยนแปลงขึ้นอยู่กับวัตถุประสงค์การใช้งาน

ผู้ว่าจ้างต้องแจ้งให้ทราบให้เรียบร้อยภายในช่วงยืนยันการว่าจ้างเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานเชิงพาณิชย์

การนำผลงานไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์นั้นครอบคลุมการใช้งานดังนี้: การนำผลงานคอมมิชชั่นไปผลิตซ้ำ และ/หรือ ขาย รวมถึงการใช้เพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ที่ก่อให้เกิดรายได้ (เช่น แอสเซ็ทหรือรูปโปรโมทสำหรับ Vtuber, ปกนิยาย, ภาพประกอบเพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ให้แบรนด์หรือองค์กร ฯลฯ)

Full refund can be issued if the Client cancels the Artist prior to Start of Work.

Refunds, as well as unauthorized chargebacks, are not allowed after Start of Work, or if any of these Terms of Service are breached during any period of the commission.

Disliking the Commission or change of mind are not considered for a refund; this is minimalized by providing drafts and progress photos throughout the Commission process.

Full refund will be issued in the event that the Artist must cancel work due to sudden unavailability or emergency.

สามารถคืนเงินเต็มจำนวนได้หากลูกค้าแจ้งความต้องการในการยกเลิกก่อนเริ่มทำงาน

ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกการทำงาน หากพบว่าผู้ว่าจ้างมีพฤติกรรมที่ไม่เหมาะสม และ/หรือ ไม่สามารถติดต่อสื่อสารได้

ไม่มีการคืนเงินให้ในกรณีต้องการปฏิเสธการชำระเงิน

หากพบว่าผู้ว่าจ้างจงใจไม่ชำระเงิน หรือจงใจไม่ติดต่อ จะถูกแบล็คลิสต์โดยอัตโนมัติ

ผู้วาดจะคืนเงินในกรณีที่เห็นว่าไม่สามารถทำงานต่อให้ได้เท่านั้น เหตุผลอื่น (เช่น เกิดเปลี่ยนใจไม่รับผลงานแล้ว) จะไม่รวมอยู่ในนี้
